Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes! We are an authorized dealer for all the brands we carry. Every product we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from the manufacturers or their official distributors. As an authorized retailer, all our eyewear comes with the full manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring quality, authenticity, and customer satisfaction.

What happens after placing an order?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address provided. We’ll also notify you as soon as your order ships. Typically, orders are delivered within 7-10 days from purchase.

Can I get repairs on eyewear not purchased at My Eye Gems?

Absolutely! We’re happy to assist with maintenance and repairs, regardless of where you purchased your eyewear. Select the “Frames Purchased Elsewhere” option and follow the instructions when submitting your Maintenance and Repair ticket.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, you have a 3-hour window from the time of purchase to do so before we begin processing. Simply contact us via email or phone within that time frame, and we’ll handle the cancellation for you.

For cancellations requested after 3 hours, My Eye Gems reserves the right to charge a small fee of $20 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) in cases involving customizations.
