How It Works

Step 1: Select Your Lenses

Begin by reserving your lens change and selecting the lenses that best suit your style.

Step 2: Receive Your Invoice & Shipping Instructions

Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive an invoice along with detailed shipping instructions. Payment is not due until your lens change is complete.

Step 3: Customize Further (Optional)

If you’d like to add anything additional, like prescription lenses, custom engraving, transitions, specialty tints, or other enhancements, simply let us know. We’ll update your invoice accordingly.

Step 4: Ship Us Your Frames

Carefully send your frames to us using the provided instructions so our team can begin the process.

Step 5: Review & Approval

Once the work is complete, we’ll notify you and confirm your approval before finalizing.

Step 6: Return Shipment

After approval, your newly refreshed frames are securely packaged and sent back to you, ready to wear.
